HDR Not Working in Fullscreen

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game with HDR on before opening
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen is washed out as if HDR is turned off, even though the setting in the game settings is on AUTO.
What do you expect to see? Vibrant colors and bright whites

Looking for an alternative to the work around where you have to have an HDR Youtube video in the background and have the game at Fullscreen window. This reduced FPS.
