Heat level not resetting after entering a safe house

 I am having trouble getting my heat to go back to zero.  It was my understanding that heat goes away after entering a safe house, but it is not. Is this a glitch in the game or is there only certain...

Update, sorry to waste your time, it was a Noob error on my part, I see now there's a day and night and you can only reset heat overnight, so the first visit was only changing the game to the evening, and the second visit went to the next day and the heat resets!

    Same 😂🤣😅😜 was getting tired of my 4 heat
