Hey there,
There's no way to disable DLCs or additional content through the EA app. If there is any extra content that you do not want on your account anymore, you can contact EA Help Support and request it to be removed.
This might be problematic...
It's not like I don't want to have all my DLCs, I just need to temporarily disable them to fix an issue that seems to be caused by the entitlements of the DLCs, causing my savefile to corrupt, attempting to fix it always ends up getting back into a corrupt state since the fix requires to disable and Refresh DLCs and then turn them back on.
It's frustrating that this can be done with Consoles and the Steam Version of the game, but not with the EA App version.
And I'm not expecting any patches coming soon as last one wasn't too long ago that was implemented

Lol I’ll give you the best response you’ll get here.
they. don’t. care.
I upgraded to the ultimate edition and am now permanently stuck out of my game. Every time I try to launch it, it syncs my inventory, gets to 10/13 items then gives me an error refusing to access online.
The only fix to this is deleting your save file from the EA folder, which will let you access online but guess what? Everything is gone. Story mode progress, progress towards cars in multiplayer, old battle pass progress, all content from them.. everything will be gone.
Thats the payment you get in return for trying to support need for speed. There’s no customer support or answers, they won’t even care enough to reply if the problem is out of their reach. That’s pretty much everything man. I’ve been dealing with this since the last update and it’s messed up. All I wanted to do was play the game and I’m punished for it. Your best bet is to just wait. Maybe sometime next year they’ll release a patch. Which, is also unlikely, seeing this issue has been a problem since launch on console. (:

Yeah I've been through the whole life of this Games' inception as much as I love this game I do have a feeling of exhaustion for trying to find workarounds to all the technical issues that it has
And whilst I do feel down in hopes that anything will change, I'll refuse to just stop trying and just fall into the pit of living in a miserable state.
It may be very naive of my part, but I want to at least believe that someone can reach out and help at some point if I maintain a bit of integrity and respect.
I'm very disappointed but not really about the people behind doing their job, but by mostly decisions that come from upper management
The game wouldn't be in such a bad state for recurring players if it wasn't for their workforce being cut thin because they somehow need multiple dev studios working on one single shooter that probably won't be as popular as the suits believe

@TurboZino the problem you're experiencing seems to be related to this one: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/NFS-Unbound-error-F03-after-buying-ultimate-pack/td-p/14222511
Can you please try the workaround mentioned there?
- Log into the game
- Disconnect from the internet
- Reconnect
- Go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode
- Click to go back online. One of the users mentioned selling the cars that were added through the Ultimate Edition, but please try the workaround without selling them and let us know if that works for you.
