My money doesn't increase after completing a race or event.

I was playing on my Xbox Series S progressing through the campaign mode, but one day I had a problem with the inventory synchronization; it got stuck in an infinite loop, So I restarted the game and started playing, and I realized that after winning a few races or doing some jumps, speed traps, etc. the money just doesn't save to my account.

Other things are happening too, like the shelters are locked as if I'm not making any progress during the day, and I can't buy parts or cars.

I restarted the game from scratch with a new save and it happened again; the infinite loop in inventory synchronization, restarting the game, and the event rewards don't appear, Any solution?
