Yes.. Same problem I am also having.. after the VOL 7 update. Many users are encountering this issue. EA needs to fix this with patch update soon or else the players will leave this game. @EA_Groguet Please have look on this.

This was escalated to the game team and It is being investigated. Once I have more information I will let you know.

- @EA_Groguet Pretty sure everyone is experiencing this issue across all platforms. It's using alot of cpu, and we are all getting stutters, low fps, high heat and i've also been getting alot of game CTD. It's unacceptable! My 4 year old son plays this for abit of fun but even he is getting annoyed with the constant crashing that never used to occur before this latest update. Please fix this !
There is probably no other company that is as indifferent and upsets its customers as EA. We have been waiting for days for a slight answer. The answer that comes at the end is very different from what we expected, Robotic nonsense like wifi or ethernet, is your driver up to date, is your windows up to date. It seems like it's always the user's fault.
I haven't seen any problem solved in this forum yet. Users try to solve problems by exchanging ideas among themselves. The company only advertises on Twitter. There is no solution or help from here, Twitter or the help desk.
I think they'll be relieved when everyone's PC explodes from overheating.
