There is probably no other company that is as indifferent and upsets its customers as EA. We have been waiting for days for a slight answer. The answer that comes at the end is very different from what we expected, Robotic nonsense like wifi or ethernet, is your driver up to date, is your windows up to date. It seems like it's always the user's fault.
I haven't seen any problem solved in this forum yet. Users try to solve problems by exchanging ideas among themselves. The company only advertises on Twitter. There is no solution or help from here, Twitter or the help desk.
I think they'll be relieved when everyone's PC explodes from overheating.
