i bought a game from steam but its not in my ea library

i bought the game on steam about like 2 hours ago or less and i fijnished downloading it. but when i go on ea play the game isnt in the library but it is on steam. i tried logging out and logging in to refresh but its still not there. when i press to play it on steam, it opens ea app but crashes and tells me to restart, i restartt all the time even my pc but it doenst solve anything, please help thanks

    Hi Everyone,

    To confirm there may be a delay in seeing your Steamed-owned EA games in the EA app client, you can try to clear the EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) to see if this resolves this. 

    You can also check if your Steam and EA accounts are correctly linked, and that you are signed into both clients with that linked account.

    However, one thing to confirm if the game is owned and accessed via your Steam account and the Steam client. To confirm is anyone running into an issue downloading or launching NFS Unbound via their Steam client?

    I'm having the same issue, I redeemed the key, the game shows up in my EA Support page, it even shows in the Origin app on my Mac, but on Windows it's not showing up at all.

    I redeemed the game on my Windows PC, I got the confirmation, and when starting to download it, the download failed, I restarted the computer, and then I didn't see it anymore. I tried clearing the cache of the EA App, I also re-installed it, and nothing.

    I'm very disappointed, I really wanted to play this game today.

    I just bought the game on steam like 3 hours ago and I have been trying nonstop to get it start but the EA launcher keep crashing. Why do we even have to download EA launcher anyways when the game I bought from steam doesn't automatically transfer to my EA library? Before the game finished downloading on steam I told all my friends to bought it to play with me, now even I want to refund the game let alone sharing it to friends lol
