I can’t access NFS unbound without paying for it again

I bought the game about a year ago and all of a sudden I can’t access it, I try to open it and it says view product. I have deleted it but it is still in my library and says I have to buy it. I need help as to why it is accessible on other accounts on my ps5 but not accessible on my account, the one that bought it.
