I can't log in to online mode

I start the game, connect to the EA servers and after a minute the connection to the servers is lost, when I try to reconnect, everything is the same, it works for a couple of minutes and loses the connection
I've already tried all the tips, nothing helped, and after buying the game 2 years ago, everything worked fine. Please help me, I'm already running out of energy.
