I cant start NFS Unbound on Steam!

I have Need for speed unbound on steam account and when I try to open it, it says you dont have access But I have one EA account which is this one how my game is not in my list I preordered in steam ...

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with NFS Unbound, To confirm we are currently aware of an issue with EA games on Steam and the EA app.

i just today bought this game but it doesnt show the game. the payment has been trough but no asset hap appeared in my ea app
