i lost my game files from NFS Unbound

I lost my game files, i don't know how to fix it since i played last time like 3 month ago and re-downloaded NFS Unbound and i lost all of my save games, i'm playing on PC

well, last time i played NFS Unbound from 3 months and i lost Online saves with my cars, money and character, but for some reason i lost save files

Hi @FlabbyBean575, To confirm you don't have any saves backed up in the Steam Cloud?

    well, it was backed up before i deleted NFS Unbound then re-download NFS Unbound again after that i lost my save files included Online

      Hi @FlabbyBean575, Did you get an error message when this happened, or was your story progress not restored after the first redownload?

        i didn't got any error messages, and my story wasn't restored after re-downloaded
