i lost my game files from NFS Unbound

I lost my game files, i don't know how to fix it since i played last time like 3 month ago and re-downloaded NFS Unbound and i lost all of my save games, i'm playing on PC

I have absolutely same problem!

I still can see all my achevements in EA account and my level inside the game is still as it was. But all progress is lost, all cars are blocked and so on.
Waiting for technical support to help us.

Hi @Taccoladan, to confirm is this for the story mode or online mode?

In both of them. In both modes game offered me to create a new character an so on.
Please advise if there is any way to get all my progress back?
I'm laso using PC, Steam version.

  I don't think there's a way to get the save files back. Our best option is to start over
