i lost my game files from NFS Unbound

I lost my game files, i don't know how to fix it since i played last time like 3 month ago and re-downloaded NFS Unbound and i lost all of my save games, i'm playing on PC

Hi guys, when i open need for speed unbound on PlayStation 5 and i want to play online it shows me allways this error 40050000. Does anyone have this kind of problem?

Did I get scammed?
I bought the Vol. 8 Dynamic catch up pack but when I went to the garage to use it, there was nothing. So I waited 12 hours to see if it takes some time but still I can't see the car. Please help ASAP...
