Dear @EA_Illium,
I deleted the game via Steam and deleted all supplementary files on my PC.
Then I installed the game again via Steam.
It does not work. Progress/saves did not come back.
Waiting for further info.

I can pass this on to the team to be aware of, To confirm do you play it or own it via EA Play or purchase from Steam directly?
Also to confirm Can you check if NFS Unbound shows any files from Steams Cloud system, If so can we try going through their troubleshooting guide?

Also to check, should you have had your save on your device before you redownload Steam (the first time)? I'm curious if the save isn't being read or is simply not there.

Hey Everyone,
If you are still seeing issues with your saves missing after redownloading let us know the following information:
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Do you have Steam and the EA app clients currently installed?
- Do you own a copy of NFS Unbound or access the game via EA Play?
- Please also share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
