i lost my game files from NFS Unbound
I lost my game files, i don't know how to fix it since i played last time like 3 month ago and re-downloaded NFS Unbound and i lost all of my save games, i'm playing on PC

@EA_Illium Hi there i just reinstalled a windows then reinstalled the game now my progress is gone including my online progress all of it !! like a fresh start which is weird as I played the game before instlling windows I'm using EA client So tell me where is my account !!!!!!
I also have a problem regarding my save files that now appear to be corrupted. Last time I ve played nfs, I did it without internet connection and it saved locally on my device. Maybe I ve pressed alt +f4 while it was loading or saving, which may have cause the game file to corrupt, but I was playing on EA platform, and also cloud saves were enabled. What are they for?? Not for backing up the save files? I really dont understand. Can someone please help me? Can I download a save file from google and just continue with it?
