I think I've run into a very serious bug

Summarize your bug I have too many cars in my garage to buy or sell excess vehicles, and I can't buy parts to upgrade my own car. Just now I tried to play multiplayer mode and the error code popped up: F03. What can I do to remove those extra vehicles?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perhaps the total number of vehicles in the garage (both single-player and multiplayer) is more than 160
What happens when the bug occurs? I couldn't do anything, including buying and selling cars, trying to play multiplayer. However, I haven't tried to play single-player matches yet, and I think it's causing a fatal error.Right now, I can only watch the modeling of the vehicles I bought in the game
What do you expect to see? Vehicles that can be sold for $0 in my garage for free can be removed.
