The button assignment on the G29, for L2 is the L3 button, and R2 for the R3 button. The actual L2 & R2 buttons do not function, and there are no button assignments for R3 (horn) or L3 (toggle stats).
Disconnecting a steering wheel to play with a controller, causes game to become unresponsive. If game is started with a controller, steering wheel will not be detected.
Vinyl editing, menu/map navigation/customization is preferable with a controller. Closing the game to do quick adjustments or switch preferences from race to race, shouldn't be necessary. Works fine in Grid Legends and other racing titles.
