Lag/stutters whenever an activity pops up

As the title suggests whenever I get and activity pop up (collectibles,cop chase challenge etc...) my game stutters for like 0.5-1seconds super annoying.

Im on ps5 and this has been an issue since I started playing.

It's a minimal thing but it kinda ruins the experience.

This reminds me of a similar issue that the crew 2 had on the ps4 with fps drops.

I hope the devs fix this quickly and don't ignore the fans as I really want to love this game.
