Unfortunately, it is, but there is another thing: While some processors cut off power very quickly, some do not. For example, I have a laptop with 10300h 1650ti 32g ram. I can play at 1080p medium settings without any problems. Even though the processor reaches 92 degrees, it can still run at 4200mhz. It occasionally drops to 3700mhz, but after 2-3 seconds it fire up again.
I wonder if this problem occurs on newer model laptops.
