Lockdown Mode Extracted Cars Lost

As Usual, I opened the game, I started playing, and then my internet went down. The game went offline and I opened it again. It opened as a brand-new account with a guide. After checking I found all my cars but not level or streak. Then, I immediately reached EA Help, they guided me through some steps that didn't work. I re-installed everything, still the same.

So I lost Cars and the money that I extracted and earned from lockdown mode. Even the Level I reached, a Single car I bought, and even the score streak I had in Lockdown mode remained the same. I don't know all of a sudden it happened like I never had any Extracted Cars. I still can see the number of blacklisted cars which  I had extracted. It hasn't changed, only cars have disappeared.
