Lockdown mode Rap sheet reward issue

I completed the rap sheet progression till gold tier this week and i got the rewards in my profile for bronze and silver tiers except the gold tier which is a Ferrari testarossa, the screenshot shows that the reward as been given but the car is not showing up in my garage, ive tried restarting the game but still nothing, i really love playing Lockdown mode due to these issues my gaming experience is degrading, kindly fix this issue asap. thanks

Hello ByakkoTurbo,

EA support does not have the ability to reward you for missing vehicles, make sure you are doing everything in the correct order. If possible, try repeating the event.

C'est surement une hallucination collective ! une grosse multinationale comme vous ne peut pas osez répondre ainsi ça à ses joueurs.. "essayez de recommencer l'événement".. avez vous ne serait ce qu'essayer le jeu pour lequel vous nous donniez des conseils ?
