Long, sometimes infinite loading screens when loading in and out of story mode

Summarize your bug The story mode loading screen behavior going to and from the main menu is very inconsistent, sometimes it loads for AGES before I can get to my garage, other times it loads relatively quickly. Same when loading out of story mode to the main menu, sometimes it's quick and other times it will take lots of minutes, other times it will just load forever and I have to alt f4 the game. When the infinite loading screen happens, it's characterized by the "NFS" loading icon in the bottom right showing up immediately the loading process begins (rather than at the end), and then it just stays there forever and keeps going.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how to recreate it, the behavior is random
What happens when the bug occurs? Very long sometimes infinite loading screens going into and put of story mode
What do you expect to see? Regular length quick loading screens consistently
In multiplayer the loading times are relatively normal and consistent, aside from occasionally getting kicked to the main menu offline when I go into my garage.

Can we try the following steps and check if this continues?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
