Lost all progress in the steam game
All my progress with more than 100 hours in the nfs unbound has been reset The platform where I play is PC/Steam It is extremely unfortunate to me that there is not even a minimum of support for this type of things, both through the forums and on the ea page itself, which does not allow you to contact someone at all. Totally outraged with this type of situations which play with the time and effort of users

However, progress for Unbound is stored locally is the save was corrupted or was somehow deleted then we would be unable to recover the progress.
