Lost all progress just after getting EA Play

I had the game almost since launch and i recently got the ea play through ultimate game pass. While I was redeeming my rewards i lost connection, then was asked to choose a save and then all my progress got wiped and I have nothing now. I own the palace editon and had all the speedpass cars unlocked as well as around 146 cars. This is on Xbox series X. this happened 10/16/23, 9:00 AM on Xbox series X. Gamertag: Inconspcuous. My Internet connection was strong and never dropped service throughout all this.

    Hi @1nconspicuous1 

    To confirm if your save became corrupted we will not have a method to restore progress. I would recommend checking with Xbox's cloud system to see if it can restore any content locally.

    Can someone please help with this. If I can't get my content back, I would at the very least like to have money put back into my online account to compensate for all the lost progress.

    Nobody will help you, in June all my cars and money disappeared except for a few cars and minimal money! It's all on the PS5, but when I read the forums, there are a lot of people who lose everything. All of my data was still on the hard drive of the PS5, but restoring the data would have cost around 1000 euros, and that was too much money for a game for me. So I had no choice but to play to get all the money and the cars back.
