NFS Unbound DLCs Not Working on XCloud Gaming

I’m having an issue with NFS Unbound on Xbox Cloud Gaming where my purchased DLCs are not working.

I own both: NFS Unbound Palace Edition, NFS Unbound Ultimate Collection Upgrade

Both were purchased directly from the Xbox Store. The DLCs worked once when I first played via cloud gaming, but afterward, the game reverted to the standard edition not even the Palace Edition and all extra content disappeared.

From my understanding, the Ultimate Collection Upgrade contains 15+ separate DLC items. On Xbox Cloud Gaming, it seems that when the game tries to sync all these items, something goes wrong possibly timing out and the system defaults to the standard edition without any DLC. Console players have no such problem, which suggests this is an Xbox Cloud Gaming entitlement/sync issue, not a gameplay or EA server bug.

Xbox employees on Reddit have told me it’s an EA bug or a game bug, but I strongly disagree based on the evidence above.

Could you please escalate this issue to the appropriate technical team? It’s frustrating to have paid for both premium versions but not be able to use them through cloud gaming.
