Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game with any car and look at the Mini-map on the bottom-left corner and the speedometer on the bottom-right corner. Happens everytime driving a car, while moving or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bottom elements of the HUD (mini-map and speedometer) look very out of focus and distorted (heavy chromatic aberration effect applied always).
What do you expect to see? HUD elements without distortion (chromatic aberration). HUD elements should be clear and sharp, right now the mini-map and speedometer look very blurry and distorted.

The mini-map and speedometer seem to have a chromatic aberration effect that is always applied, even when the car is stopped.

The upper elements of the HUD don't have this issue (or is very reduced).

Right now it's uncomfortable to look at the mini-map especially, since it looks so "out of focus".
