Bought EA Play through Steam. Currently missing BMW M3 GTR. Help.
Spoke with EA Support. They told me the studio is working on a fix as we speak.

I just ran into this glitch myself. I quit the game and relaunched it, now my cars are back.
P.S. I am on Xbox Series X
Now we know what Razor's been doing since '05 Rockport. He joined EA, so they could make us pay for our M3 GTR only for them to literally steal it again.
I have deleted and redownload the game, to no avail. There used to be a Maybach class A car, and another Nissan too (and the original BMW from Most Wanted),
These starting cars (as I have found out from grinding this game for hours on end) are indispensable to being able to progress the career mode to the first Grand.
I have only got one car now - it is impossible to enter into class A events, but these events are present from day 1, so there is definitely a problem. Even on the easiest difficultly, I cannot get close to having the money to afford 4 cars, let alone tune them, for the first Grand.
Please fix this EA, as I love this game, but this is clearly a problem.
Hey, there I bought the palace edition from steam,
Finished single player, got a ea play subscription on ea app but I didn't got the M3 GTR not even in the custom cars tab to purchase in multiplayer
I got EA play through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I already own nfs Unbound as i bought it on steam and yet I have not received the BMW M3 GTR nor the Nissan SKYLINE R32 as promised on the post? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS????

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Are you unable to claim the EA Play reward, or did the vehicle disappear?
Do you still have an active EA Play subscription?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
