Missing cars nfs

Dear EA team I don’t know why you guys don’t have a support line you rely on community members fixing each others problems but I’m missing 6 cars in nfs unbound I’m missing my doge challenger srt8 (2014) S+ 400+ tier, my doge charger SRT Hellcat (2019) S+ 393 tier, my ford mustang fox body (1990)  s+ 400+ tier, my 2015 ford mustang GT S+ 400+ tier, my Ferrari 488 GTB (2015) s+ 400+ tier from story mode and for online mode I’m missing my Ferrari 488 GTB (2015) s 329 tier car. That was a lot of grinding and time and effort to get these cars and I just want an answer and my cars back or at least the in game currency for them!!
