Hello, my name is Henry and I haven’t played NFS Unbound in a hot minute. Decided to hop back onto to game and load up story mode. For some reason I only see a total of 3 cars (one being the beginner car). I have the NFS Palace Upgrade. It’s installed and everything. Ik for a fact I had roughly 7-8 cars about in total. For some reason it’s not there. Any idea on how to fix this? P.S playing on Xbox and I did uninstall and reinstall again. Thanks!

Make sure you are using the same account, EA support does not have the ability to grant missing cars to players.
There is only one EA account. As mentioned in my post, I had cars from the bundle that I purchased. I used the cars , played with it , customized it. However it’s gone. All of the cars. I only have three in total one being the beginner car.
I’ve experienced the same issue after reinstalling, and I haven’t found any solution that actually works. From what I’ve read, it also seems that none of the solutions proposed by support have been helpful for others with the same problem.
