Having a similar issue on PC/Steam.
Razor said there's a new lockup open but it needs a bike. I got there, and it was the M3 GTR so I entered, then extracted with it.
It registered as acquired in the "contracts" but I don't have it either in the garage or in "buy custom". Dont have it in single-player either.
With how difficult is to acquire, this bug breaks the whole thing. Some of the other contracts seem to not register when you complete them as well.
