Missing money after winning race

Summarize your bug I finished a race in first, (the race being one where only the winner gets cash) and when I got out of the race, I hadn’t received the money, nor did I receive it when I went back to my garage. I have a full clip of the full issue, starting during the race and ending when I got to a garage. The main reason I’m bringing this up is due to the fact that I lost about $37,000 of in game money, which is a large amount to me at the current state of the story.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing other than the missing money after I’ve won
What do you expect to see? An increase in the money that’s “at risk” / money in my account after entering a garage/ Safe house
