Missing tags

I own the Ultimate Edition game, I have cars from all the add-ons, I have all the clothes from the DLC, but I have no tags, even from the latest Speed Pass. Last Speed Pass I full complete, have BMW ...

    Reporting the issue here will not make any difference, since nobody on this forum can provide you with any assistance. Additionally, the game itself has ended its development cycle meaning that any updates for a possible fix will not be coming.

    You should try talking with EA support again.
