I have the same problem, but I can give you a tip for the PS5. Log in before midnight, drive around the map in multiplayer, then when the new tasks come out at midnight, you can work on them, but don't go back to the garage. If you have to change cars for a task, change cars at a meeting point, you can also change cars there. So the tasks work from midnight until the next time you log off, if you log out once and then log back in straight away, the tasks no longer work. The question is, who really wants to play at midnight? I don't often.

the new update Vol.9 did not fix the bug with the missing weekly and daily tasks. I added a picture and it's the same for my friends!
