Missing/Unable to claim EA Play vehicles

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? None
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing there (in the garage nor solo or multiplayer)
What do you expect to see? I want to get the content I have been paying for EA play since the game came out

Been paying for EA Play since the game launched but now I'm missing my BMW M3 GTR and did not receive a new Nissan from Ea Play

A month After launch at one point I got the BMW but after returning to the game recently it was no longer there

What happens when the bug occurs? The promised reward is not provided.
What do you expect to see? My issues getting resolved as I have paid money for it.

What do I need to do to get the EA play rewards that I paid real money for BMW M3 GTR and NISSAN Skyline 1993. I have sent like 12+ emails to EA help and even the live chat support is not able to help me and says I need to POST IT HERE so here I am like what is this? I PAY REAL MONEY AND I DNT GET MY REWARDS SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Are you unable to claim the EA Play reward, or did the vehicle disappear? 

Do you still have an active EA Play subscription? 

Is anything else happening?

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Subscribing to EA play not granting promised rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rewards are not granted.
What do you expect to see? Issue to be addressed as soon as possible.

@EA_Illium Dear community manager’s it has been almost a month and I still have not been granted the promised EA play rewards the BMW M3GTR and NISSAN SKYLINE 1993 and now even the new update 4 car I got the EA play through Xbox ultimate game pass and my EA and xbox account are both linked kindly look into the matter as it is getting more and more frustrating everyday as the promised rewards are not being granted.

P.S. this is the 3rd time I am posting here in hopes of getting my issue fixed and kindly do not suggest to contact support as I did live chat and they asked me to come here and make a bug report and I have currently 3 ongoing cases in EA SUPPORT that still did not provided any help whatsoever kindly look into it.
