Money glitch (online -offline) - PC Hack max online level?

Summarize your bug There is a bug when you go to [Edit - Admin.] in that way you can make millions in game money. Also during the last 2 days I encounter more than 40 players all from pc that were in max online level. I'm assuming there is some kind of hack that brings them to 99 so fast. How many days or hours need to reach 99? Game is out only for 7 days! Thanks in advance, I will arriviste if you look that post.
