Motion blur turns off when using Nitro in NFS Unbound

Have you all ever wondered of the same situation as I am (probably not all of you) to have the photo mode fixed in game? Other games like FH5, F1, and MotoGP have photo modes which you can just automatically put a rolling shot in game as is in which you don't need to use photoshop for the motion blur and such. Photo mode here in unbound is just completely pointless.
