My game is refusing to load after purchasing dlc.
you know.. I spent a lot of time supporting unbound through every single season from the start.. I genuinely love this game. For that exact reason I always buy the season upgrades, this season.. I did just that. The items that got sent into my inventory are trying to be synced and it says connection lost everytime. The items in my inventory are corrupted, at no fault of mine. This happened the INSTANT I purchased the dlc as an upgrade. So now, at no fault of my own, my game will not load. The only solution to this is deleting the save file from my folder and launch the game.. the game loads fine and loads online perfectly but, everythings gone. I mean everhthing. The 209 hours of grinding for B-S+ Class specific cars. Challenges for emotes, battle pass unlocks, story mode unlocks for completing that. Everything is gone. I refuse to play the game I spent hours on without my stuff due to no fault of mine. All I wanted to do was support the game. That’s it. That’s why I’m posting this. I really hope someone here can fix this even though I’m speaking to no customer support directly, which is also heart breaking and a slap in the face.
it’s not my internet, the game loads fine when the save is removed from the EA folder.
i deleted all cars off of my story mode, no luck.
i can’t uninstall the dlc and launch it that way, EA doesn’t allow it.
no refund option for the thing I spent money on… moneys gone.
no help anywhere. I just want to play the game, nothing else.
it has nothing to do with connection, even though it states that, it has 0 relevance. Initially the game said “error syncing inventory, contact EA help if this problem persist” then my game crashed.. here we are.
