My need for speed just started over

Why does the need for speed starting over   frist off the game wouldn't let me log in second that is crazy because I've spent over a hundred an twenty bucks for this to keep happening. I mean come I can't even contact anyone it's been a month an a half honestly. I'm really ready to just delete the hole account because I don't want this to keep happening

    EA support does not have the ability to return your missing progress. Unfortunately this has been a known issue for some time.

    I've spent to much to be having this problem. They need to do something I've been playing need for speed unbound for over a year an it just kicked me outta the game I bought eight or nine game packs an there 8.99. 9.95 a piece I've spent to much for the game to be doing this
