EA support does not have the ability to return your missing progress. Unfortunately this has been a known issue for some time.
I've spent to much to be having this problem. They need to do something I've been playing need for speed unbound for over a year an it just kicked me outta the game I bought eight or nine game packs an there 8.99. 9.95 a piece I've spent to much for the game to be doing this
