Naked character, car body parts not visible, missing money. PS5

My character is naked. Every time I try to put something on him it goes back to being naked. Body kit missing off one of my cars. Almost a million dollars missing if not a million or more. ...

How are we suppose to report this issue I wonder. I came here with it hoping maybe this is a way cause I never did run across a number to report it
