Naked character, car body parts not visible, missing money. PS5

My character is naked. Every time I try to put something on him it goes back to being naked.  Body kit missing off one of my cars.  Almost a million dollars missing if not a million or more.  ...

I have this same issue as well since last night. My character has clothes but they are the beginning game clothes nothing special. I suspect this has to do with certain unlocked parts etc. see screenshots below.

ya i have the same problem and dont know how to fix it kinda sad spent money on these cars and now cant even see them
