System Synchronization Issue with Error 40010000 and FTJR2008. [XBOX]

So yeah I just wanted to launch the game and then theses error appeared. I don't know why or how, unable to play online, so then I searched deeply and found that it might be a car that is corrupted and you should remove it.. Guess what? The car I found duplicated in my inventory was the Porsche BP police edition... No way to remove it, took me a day to remove it (I think since I don't see it anymore) by selecting the vol 8 pack (containing the car), uninstalling it, reinstalling the pack while the game is still open, press the Xbox bouton when it says "ready to use/play" and then loading at the bottom right, checked the police garage and it was vanished, I was happy and thought I was a genius! Until I tried, nothing, maybe going back to the select mode lobby in the game? Nothing. Maybe re launching the game? Nothing. Same error everytime. And now I'm stuck with that and I don't know what to do. Any tips??

( I heard there are not only duplicates cars that are the problems but also bugged cars and idk if the bugs or the corruption is visible on the car, if yes what is it? Thank you.)

I am playing Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition on the Xbox Series S

As the title says, I am suffering from Error code 40010000; Item Synchronization failed.

This started back in June of 2023 on the release of Volume 2 and has continued since up until today and every case opened with Support has not yielded any results, until today when the supervisor of the support team told me to write here for this.

When loading into the game, I will get this error code and while I can play singleplayer fine but singleplayer dosen't receive any updates from EA, I am completely locked out of multiplayer. I cannot access multiplayer content or matchmake in multiplayer games. I am unable to access any new content since the game released 3 years ago which is unnacceptable.

I have been advised on several self troubleshoots by Support but none have helped. I have deleted and reinstalled the game several times, I have reset my progress and unsynced and reset my game save data, I have had 5 different chats with support since 2023 and nothing has worked. I have tried un official fixes such as selling cars in my garage because they're not synchronizing and all that's done is cause me to lose all my cars and lots of progress.

I need help, I have entirely run out of options on how to fix this and I feel scammed after deciding to take a leap on this game and pre order the Palace Edition to enjoy it to the fullest, and I've been locked out of the last 3 years of content that singleplayer isn't receiving entirely because of a bug that the support team themselves are unable to fix for me.
