Need for Speed ​​Unbound not connecting to EA account on PlayStation 5

Hello friends, I'm playing Need for Speed ​​Unbound on PlayStation 5 and for a while now it's been giving me an error saying "You can't connect" and I can't connect to my EA account. Please help me.

    I just found out how to fix it via reddit, you'll have to uninstall all your DLCs then delete you save data. the error comes from a corrupted save.

I'm having the same issue, it connects until it tries to sync my items then it gives me this error.
