Need for Speed Unbound - Ultimate collection missing cars

I purchased Need for Speed Unbound - Ultimate collection for play on Amazon Luna. I have finished the prologue and a few races in story mode but all I have in my garage is still just the starter countach that i picked. I tried to submit a help ticket but that page makes me select a platform and Luna or browser play is not one of the options. I have read in some places that maybe resetting and doing the prologue again would fix it as you are supposed to have everything in the package after finishing the prologue but there doesn't seem to be an option to "delete" your saves on the cloud only play?
