Need For Speed Unbound, Cant connect online (sycn failed) after vol.7 Update PS5

Need for Speed Unbound cannot connect to EA (sync failed). I've tried reinstalling the game, resetting my router/modem (im using LAN Cable), clearing cache, rebuild PS5 database, restore liscense, delete my offline cars. other games can connect to EA like NFS Heat and hot pursuit and if i use my other acc on PS5 i can go online. I was able to play before vol7 update before with no problems. Its start on Vol 7 when i bought the speedpass the game wont load sometimes, but i keep restarting the game sometimes i can play online. but it wont worked now. The connection issues started a month ago already wait since the newest update still the game wont worked. Even the EA agent i contact on EA help cant solve this.
