Need for Speed Unbound freezes and unresponsive gameplay on PlayStation

Hi EA team,

I am experiencing severe freezing and unresponsive gameplay in Need for Speed Unbound on PlayStation.

Details of the issue:

• The game freezes in both offline and online modes, especially when police appear, joining friends, or entering free roam.
• Menus stop responding during freezes, and I cannot control my car, forcing me to close and restart the game.
• In online mode, I sometimes receive false storage warnings and multiple overlapping error messages.
• Attempting to join friends’ sessions requires pressing buttons multiple times due to the game not responding.

Steps I have already tried:

1. Updated the PlayStation system software to the latest version
2. Restarted the console multiple times
3. Deleted and reinstalled the game
4. Tested both offline and online modes

Despite all these steps, the issue persists and makes the game almost unplayable.

I hope this bug can be investigated and fixed, as it affects the core gameplay experience.
