Since you have tried the usual troubleshooting steps, the only other thing I can recommend is that you try talking with EA support. They might be able to assist you with the issue.

I understand your suggestion, and I just wanted to clarify that I’ve already been in contact with EA Support regarding this issue.

The technical team has reviewed my case, confirmed it as a bug, and reported it for investigation.
