Need for speed unbound Progress lost

I log in into my game and all my progress was lost o don't know why it happened out of nowhere anyone else had the same issue ? I have my online level but none of my progress 
technical issues

    Hi @EDDESTROYER1, With Steam have you tried getting any cloud saves from your Steam account?
