Need for Speed Unbound progression wiped (PC)

Summarize your bug I've had a bug for a couple days now where it just wiped my progress in Unbound. I had hours of progress but when I came back to the game on the 6th of April all my progression was gone. I'm talking jumps, signs, bears, car upgrades, garage upgrades, everything. All I had was my levels and some cars but they were back to stock.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? It wipes everything.
What do you expect to see? A fix to the issue.
I'm not sure if EA can do anything about this but it definitely sucks.
I've spent a long time with the collectibles and stuff that I unlocked and upgraded.

Apologies on being the bearer of bad news but progress for NFS Unbound is saved locally on your device.
Do you remember if you had any error message when you last played or when you launched the game today?
