All my collections and cars are gone. My information has disappeared. It's just the fame and the money. What's going on?

Community Manager@lIlIllllIIIIllll Which platform are you playing on? Is it for the campaign mode or online mode? That sounds more like sync issue as that content cannot be removed.

There's no information about the collection (bear,steetart,bilboread) I've collected. All my cars have disappeared and even the characters have been reset- EA_Shepard
