All my collections and cars are gone. My information has disappeared. It's just the fame and the money. What's going on?

Then I guess I should quit this game. I'm really angry.
Does starting anew mean starting over from the current situation?
Or is it resetting the account?

Community Manager@lIlIllllIIIIllll You would be starting over in your current session. We cant reset the account itself. So more like your save was deleted and you had to start the game over again.
If I start now, I won't be able to find any collectibles.
When I leave the garage, open the map (M), and press the collection list (C), nothing appears.
How do I do it again in this situation?
Shouldn't I reset my account or take some action?
I got a list of all my collectibles before my account was reset
